Yeah, so it’s certainly not the most glamorous, conversation-sparking name, but we at Diamond Knot like to keep most of our beers’ names descriptive, rather than getting all fanciful and leaving you to wonder, “What the hell is that supposed to be?”
This is your basic American-style Brown Ale; think of it as the neighbor down the street that you see every day in passing, but was just another dude until you discovered he was a badass extreme-sports junkie. Okay, maybe that’s a bit of a stretch, but this is a really approachable, mild-mannered beer that has a lot of complexity despite its pedestrian overcoat.
Six different malts and two type of hops come together in this beer to create a sublime blend of roasty, creamy and hoppy flavors. Don’t be afraid of the dark, sometimes really nice things happen there!
