Beer

• India Pale Ale

  Our flagship beer, the one for which we are known throughout Puget Sound. Columbus hops impart intense bitterness with flavors of grapefruit & a hint of cedar. 6.2% ABV; 40 IBUs

• Industrial IPA

  This one is a butt-kicker! Essentially, the same recipe as the IPA, but with approximately 25% more grain & twice the hops! 7.9% ABV; 80 IBUs

• Steamer Glide Stout

  A dry Irish-style stout made from 2-Row pale malt, flaked barley & black barley with a single hop addition. Poured through a creamer faucet for that Guinness-like experience! 4.8% ABV; 37 IBUs

• Brown Ale

  An American-style Brown ale, a slightly sweet & malty nose gives way to a big, smooth mouth feel. 6.0% ABV; 27 IBUs

• Possession Porter

  Flaked barley & Munich malt for a huge mouth feel. Black barley & chocolate malt give it a reddish black color, Galena & Willamette hops perfectly balance the bitterness. 5.6% ABV; 45 IBUs

• Blonde Ale

  Based on a pre-Prohibition era lager recipe, this one is surprisingly complex despite being one of our lightest beers. Wheat, corn, flaked barley & malted barley all lend their respective goodness. 4.2% ABV; 13 IBUs

• Golden Ale

  A classic American style Ale, light yet full bodied thanks to Munich malt & flaked barley. Cascade hops lend a citrus finish. 5.2% ABV; 10 IBUs

• E.S.B.

  The extra special bitter. You’ve tried the rest, now experience ours. It’s malty sweet without being heavy, balanced & not overly bitter. Flavorful & refreshing. 6.1% ABV; 41 IBUs

• Dunkelweisen

  Our dark wheat beer - crystal malt and chocolate malt lend just a hint of caramelly, chocoately goodness to this refreshing spring release! 5.9% ABV

• Front Street Bitter

  Pale in color yet aggressively hopped for a dry, crisp flavor; Willamette dry-hops impart an herbal finish. It's purported to be the beer that made our Brewmaster's fiancee fall for him. 6.0% ABV; 40 IBUs

• Industrial Red

  A new, experimental addition to our "Industrial" lineup, this one's a force to be reckoned with! Vienna Malt, Wheat Malt and German CaraRed provide a malt backbone to support the loads of Chinook, Cascade and Simcoe hops. 8.5% ABV; 45 IBUs

• Industrial Ho!Ho!

  A robust winter warmer; ruby brown in color with a sweet, fruity nose. Very hoppy, yet balanced with a residual sweetness. Our Brewmaster's favorite! 7.8% ABV; 60 IBUs

  This cider is a delicious combination of Blackberry, Raspberry and Strawberry flavors. 5.0% ABV

  Deep colored wine of black cherry with a hint of cedar. A full mouth feel with blueberry and leather notes. Lingering fruit and coffee give way to balanced tannins on the finish.
