On each Thursday night, we feature one of our own beers that we have "cask conditioned." These beers are very young, and have not had their virgin flavor altered by putting the keg under gas. The kegs are drawn by gravity feed, and by joining us on this night, you can experience how beers have tasted from the very beginning of craft beer making until this century, when we first thought beer could be improved by putting under pressurized gas. This is a unique experience, that you should not miss. Call the Ale House at (425) 355-4488 and ask what the upcoming beer selection will be.
