We regularly like to go to other pubs in the Puget Sound area, and put on a "Brewery Night." That is where our beers are featured and discounted, and we give away fabulous gifts, shamelessly promoting our Brewery. We also like to go to the local area Brew Fests to allow people who may not have tasted our beers before the chance to discover that we make the best.

Better move quickly…Winter Beer Fest is this Friday and Saturday at Hales Palladium. We have a limited number of tickets available at Diamond Knot Brewery.
The 3rd annual Winter Beer Festival is happening on Friday 30 November and Saturday 01 December at Hale’s Brewery in Seattle. This event has become so popular that we had to add a second day just to accommodate all the folks that want to attend. Don’t know about you all, but I live for the winter/Christmas beer season and this one’s one of my favorites. We’ll be pouring the 2007 Ho!Ho! and a very limited amount of the 2006 Ho!Ho!. Additionally, we’re bringing some 2007 Ho!Ho! that’s being aged with bourbon-soaked white oak chips. This’ll be the WABL-exclusive beer for the event, so run out and join WABL if you want any of this nectar! Not to despair if you can’t make it though – we’ll be pouring some of it at the alehouse between now and Christmas.

DK Brewer’s Dinner at Mulleady’s Pub 6-10PM, Thursday 05 December
Originally scheduled for earlier in November but postponed due to events beyond our control, we’re back on for next Thursday. The chefs at Mulleady’s have paired some of our beers with their delicious, imaginative cuisine, check out this menu:
-First course features: Blood Orange & Pickled Sweet Onion Salad with Rosewater Scented Vinaigrette paired with Diamond Knot's Barleywine.
-Second course features: Phyllo Wrapped Lamb Loin "Pastilla" with Apple-Date Bulghur, Caramelized Fennel & Orange Blossom Water paired with Diamond Knot's ESB.
-Third course features : Coffee & Honey Poached Figs with Nutmeg Mascarpone, Almond Macaroon & Porter Glaze paired with Diamond Knot's Porter.
