Whether you’re looking for something hop forward yet smooth like our Lower Deck Lager or a silky and nutty option like our Brown Ale, we’ve got you covered. If you’re joining for Galentine’s Day, we suggest ordering a few different appetizers and a couple of entrees to share so that you can truly max out the Diamond Knot experience while you’re here. You truly can’t go wrong with our Porter Pulled Pork Tot-chos and Knothead Nachos. Are you and your crew extra hungry? Opt for one of our many pizza pies – we have gluten-free crust and each of our pies can be customized for vegetarians, just be sure to ask for no meat! Of course, no Valentine’s Day dinner is complete without something extra sweet, dessert! Our Ginger Cinnamon Beignets are house-made and about as fresh as it gets. Did we mention their topped with vanilla bean icing? The Craft Beer Float is another guest favorite, made with your choice of Possession Porter, Steamer Glide Stout or DK Root Beer.
