Maibock

Our brewer, Pat Ringe, has come up with several "firsts" in one great beer.

• 1st all-new beer style for Diamond Knot in a long time.

• 1st lager ever made at Diamond Knot

It is a German-style lager, reddish-golden in color. Intensely malty and very subtly hopped with German Hallertau. It will be released around the first of July…Julaibock?

Belgian-style Wit

Pat is doing a Belgian-style Wit, complete with orange peel and coriander…will likely be out Mid-June.
