Icebreaker Barley Wine™

Icebreaker Barley Wine™ follows the Barley Wine tradition by being very big in flavor, sweet, malty, and much higher in alcohol than the average beer.  Icebreaker Barley Wine™ also follows the Diamond Knot tradition of having a pronounced and distinct hop profile.
 
A distinctly hopped Barley Wine sounds unusual only until you take your first sip, then you'll wonder why everyone doesn't make their Barley Wine like this.  The Maris Otter malt comes through in this Barley Wine with a sweet, chocolately malt flavor, that has a marvelous dry finish.
