Brian posing after a couple of the two story fermenters are in place.  You can see from him standing there how tall they are.

The middle image is actually a reflection taken off of one those fermenters.

The bottom image shows a couple of the guys installing the framework that will support the glycol cooling lines.

In this top image, you can see the mash tun to the left of the brew, or wort kettle in their final resting place.

The middle image is a close up of the mash tun.  The top hatch opens into the working part of the mash tun.  The bottom hatch opens into a hot liqueur storage compartment.

The bottom image is a view of the top part of the mash tun from another angle.

The top image is a view of the fermenters from the vantage point of the mash tun and brew kettle.

The middle image is a view approximately the opposite of the first image.

The bottom image is David, Brian's step-father looking over the morning's handiwork.

In the top image, Pat just can't wait to get that equipment polished up to his standards.

The bottom image is the beginning of the enclosed boiler room.
