The first step after extensive planning, was
the all-important floor. Not just any floor would
do. Brian planned a floor for the wet brew process
that would with stand any assault of water and
abuse, and still keep the rest of the building
safe and dry.
Following Brian's detailed drawing, a grid of
rebar was laid inside of a frame for a curb-like
border to the wet area.
Drains were built, sump pumps stations prepared,
and soon the day of the big pour came to pass
(just scroll down a little).
